Description
The Langhorne's Cab Toon Rotate entrance is like a trip inside the seedy side of Toontown. The attraction cabs are built like Benny the Coupé, and while you drive you can rotate them by licking the steering wheel.

- If traveling with sugar-buzzed children, you may want to give them sedatives after getting in line.
