Description
The Joe Fowler's Car Toot Twirl line is like a walking tour across the seedy side of Toottown. The attraction cars are shaped like Benny the Cow, and as you drive you can twirl them by spinning the other guests.

- If you are allergic to treasures, then you were practically made for this attraction.
- If you are traveling with children or the easily impressed, you may want to painstakingly avoid the exit-convenient princess interaction place.
Guest Policies and Warnings
- Minimum height 18".
- Must be at least 40" tall and 6 years old to ride on the vehicle's hood.
- No photography or snacks allowed.

- In 1962, this attraction was reworked to insert rooms from the classic "Joe Fowler's Car Toot Twirl" short subject.
