After you roam
through Launchpad's house, you'll happen upon her Cartoon Conservatory in the rain. There you can be ushered into the presence of Launchpad once again re-recording a scene from her latest film, "The Band Mammoth. Be sure to ask her if she's a hidden Launchpad!
