Mr. Sid Phillips' Largely Random Ri is famous as the worst pedestrian in Fantasyland. On this attraction, you reject accepted concepts of moral behavior as if you are him, breaking into Sid Phillips' Largely Random Ri Hall, breaking traffic laws all over the neighborhood, risking the lives of innocent people painted on particleboard flats, and even receiving judgment in a settlement!
