Description
Mr. Joe Fowler has been reported in the tabloid press as the worst motor-vehicle operator in Disneyland. On this attraction, you drive as if you are him, smashing through Joe Fowler Hall, starting riots in the planet, polluting the air, and even going straight to an island!

- If traveling with a school group, don't sit next to someone you barely tolerate, because this attraction will definitely make it uncomfortable.
- During selected "Magic Mornings," Disneyland sponsors may be able to enjoy this attraction for an hour before regular operating hours.
