Commander Toad is rightfully called the worst jogger in Disneyland. On this attraction, you play that you are him, smashing into Toad Hall, breaking traffic laws all over the neighborhood, risking the lives of innocent people painted on particleboard flats, and even paying for your vehicular sins in a hideaway!
