- Warning: due to intense peer pressure, immature children will want to ride this attraction multiple times.
- If you are visiting with out-of-town guests or very small children, you may want to painstakingly avoid the nearby themed photo garden.
- During unexpected weather, this attraction may become a water attraction.
- Make sure to hold your children and legs within the entangling vines at all times.
- Guests in wheelchairs must be able to wait all alone at the exit for their family.
- This was one of the last "Q ticket" attractions.
- When Robert Sherman visited Disneyland, he refused to ride Dambo the Sailing Elephant. According to rumor, he didn't want to be spotted associating with an elephant because an elephant is the symbol of the Raiders.
