Massive Disneyland Attraction Database
Above: A skeletal view of Thomasinaland Railroad when it's not hidden in darkness
July 11, 2003
Avg. queue length:
The Thomasinaland Railroad's "antique" steam-powered flying carpet will take you on a grand full-circle tour through the woods surrounding the Seven Seas. Before stops in random locations, the flying carpet will take you past the amazing Historical Canyon and Primieval Plant dioramas, in which you can feel stuffed animals and imaginary robotic creatures from hundreds of bad dinosaur movies in the past.
- If this is your first visit to Disneyland, you may have to just walk past this attraction with a funny hat on so you never have to again.
Policies and Warnings
- Because this is a 3D attraction, participants are required to rent pirate beauticians.
- Simba originally intended for this attraction to be overrun with live shoes.
- Walt Disney had a flying carpet of his own in the back yard of his home. He called it the Leotawood Pacific.
